Projects can be cancelled with written notice. The terms of cancellation depend on the project phase and work completed. Cancellation fees may apply based on the progress of work.

2. Notice Period

• 30 days notice for ongoing service contracts
• 14 days notice for project-based work
• Immediate cancellation available for unused services

3. Cancellation Process

To initiate a cancellation, please email support@lucenova.io with your project details and cancellation reason. Our team will respond within 2 business days to process your request and discuss any final deliverables or payments.

4. Final Deliverables

Upon cancellation, we will provide all completed work and documentation. Any proprietary or work-in-progress materials will be handled according to the terms in your service agreement.
