2. Service Agreement

By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate information and cooperate in the development process. We commit to delivering services according to agreed-upon specifications and timelines.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard payment structure includes:

• 50% upfront payment to initiate the project
• 25% at project midpoint
• 25% upon project completion

4. Promotional Terms

Any promotional offers or discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables. Lucenova retains rights to underlying frameworks, components, and methodologies used in development.
